UI Tweaker is a collection of 4 utilities used to customise the outlook and color scheme of the Pocket PC. This collection includes a simple theme manager and utilities to change the system colors as well as the Today color scheme. It includes PT Explorer, TdyScheme Changer, WM5Color Changer and SysColor Changer.
tbroccolo: It does exactly what it says, but I found it very confusing. There aren't uniform themes that will change everything, but rather tabs to individually select everything on your phone. directions or explanations would have been helpful since I changed the wrong thing and lost my battery meter.It's hard to know what you're adjusting by just the name but you can have all new colors if you're willing to fiddle with it for quite a while
