que689: Reconfig is a simple but very effective program. I needed more options in reference to auto-off. Reconfig is user friendly.

asmsellers: I installed reconfig, but I can't see any difference on my treo. Where do i go to access these new options?

svt123: Fantastic and free! I like being able to set "Never auto off" (make sure "Auto-off" is also checked). Personally I like some of the system sounds but have them turned down real low using the Treo "sounds" utility, which I also use to turn off the "service tone" (so I don't get woken up every time the signal comes and goes". Great program. I agree with EazyE suggestion for restoring sound volume. Still haven't worked out Arnie's question but I keep it checked anyway - also I check "Enable after reset" - very useful and it actually works!

EazyE: grbelanger - double check under sounds, your system volume is reset to a volume setting other than "Off" program is excellent. flawless operation on sprint650 and stable as update says. removes annoying key presses and navigation, hotsync, radio on/off, sd card in/out, etc noise.

grbelanger: I have a Treo 650 - after installing this program, I lost all the sounds - permanently, even after deleting this program. How do I get the sound back? I get rings, alerts, just not system sounds.
