LEDOff is a utility that does only one thing: it turns off the LED. No more blinking LED, it's off and it remains off.
To enable it, launch the application and check the Enable box. It can't get more simple, can it?
You can select to keep/ignore any or none of the LED states to suit your particular tastes.

oldfart1960: Primo. Just wish it had the option to show the Bluetooth LED. Otherwise, it provides for a much nicer sleeping environment when I fall asleep at night in bed with my wife, and no flashing LED to wake us up. Also, when mounted in windshield holder in my car, nighttime driving has no blinding blinking LED. Great product.
