Group Text Messaging: PalmOne Demonstration Software. Send a text message (SMS) to multiple contacts at once.
* Send one message and reach multiple recipients.
* Create user-defined groups of recipients.
* Recipients can be imported from the existing Contacts database or entered manually.
* Recipient contact can be either a phone number or an email address.
* Messages can be sent to either an entire group or to only selected members.
* Can reside on the SD Card (databases will be created in RAM).
Note: This is unsupported software. Review your service provider's policies for text messaging to avoid billing surprises.

dvannman1: Great application! Does anyone know if it shows all recipients when you send a group message? 
AnthonyRC: The good: you can create a group and check or uncheck individuals you added to that group, then text them all the same message with ease.The bad:1. The sent message does not end up in your text thread like other text messages do.2. You can't use it to text groups you already have in your phonebook. This means you have to remember to update BOTH your normal contacts group as well as the one in this application. In the end, I stopped using it as I move people between my groups quite a bit and the list in here was always stale.3. If someone texts you back, while the rest are going out, you will probably lose some outgoing texts. This may explain the comments i saw below about 2 out of 3 not getting the message.

hints:
set up a group call ALL CONTACTS...then add all the people in ur contact list.
so when u want to send a mass text to random people thats not in a preset group u can go throught th ALL contact group and check or uncheck the ones you want then send message..
WAY EASIER than 3jam..m you dont need to go to internet or anythin of the sort

DAE51D: I wish someone would pick up where this left off. Adding text to the SMS out would be great. Fixing some of the bugs. The name sorting doesn't work quite right. I should be able to import all people in a category/group. It doesn't update a phone number if the contact info changes. I'm surprised there aren't more group text messaging apps out there since SMS is so popular. I use it more than my voice service. Is the source code available for this? I might even take a stab at it? 
clubhead: anybody know of a version of this software that works on the 700p?
