* Integrated sample editor, able to load .wav files from SD cards, sample packs in RAM, or waveforms from a built-in sample library.
* Instrument (program) editor with envelope, LFO, and low-pass resonant filter. Up to 32 instruments can be defined. Polyphony : from 8 to 16 voices on 120 MHz devices depending on filter settings. Up to 30 voices on T3s.
* Pattern editor with undo and advanced edit operations offering 3 views: piano roll ; grid for drum programming ; and parameters to adjust velocity, pan, cutoff, etc. for each note.
* Song editor allowing the creation of songs by arranging patterns.
* Mixer page to quickly edit volume and pan, as well as effects settings. 9 effect plugins available : delay, flanger, reverb, reverse, overdrive, EQ, filter, multi-LFO (tremolo, autopan...), and dirty low-tech sound. Developers can develop their own plug-ins, and/or include them in their own audio apps.
* Conduit enabling the rendering of songs as .wav files on the desktop PC when performing HotSync. Export of separate tracks or individual samples as .wav files, as well as MIDI export is now supported.
* Free, redistribuable, song player (also available here as standalone PiooPiooPlayer)
Note: The trial version has the following limitations: after a few minutes you must restart the playing ; saving is limited to one file ; synchronization is disabled ; and the song size cannot exceed 32 bars.


sensei: I am a product specialist for an very well-known corporation that produces synthesizers, workstations, and recording equipment. I cannot possibly recommend this software enough. If you are a musician who owns a Palm, this program will simply improve your life. I would have paid three times Olivier's asking price. He is friendly, he listens to his users, and along with Microbe, he has produced the most impressive and revolutionary Palm software I have ever seen.
