munkwitza: Great program for keeping track of workouts. Logging lets you keep track of time, level, effort, heart rate, quality, and even notes. For strength training you can keep track of which muscles you targeted and what weight you lifted, reps, sets, etc. The graphing is neat - at a glance you can see your weekly, monthly, or yearly time, effort, heart rate, etc. Great app for free!
griffinca: I'll keep it because my main requirement is an exercise log and it does that quite well. In other regards, it is pretty well done and is useful as is, but somewhat incomplete. For example, no purge of records, no conduit, no deletion of activity types. But the price is right and does a nice job of logging with lots of well thought out data fields. Powerful graphing and reporting.

Vortex: The pace is correct - 7 minutes and 30 seconds per mile.
vikingshelmut: This is a sweet prog, but I have one issue. It seems like it cannot calculate the "pace" correctly for my running activities. If I put it that I ran for 4 miles in 30 minutes, it tells me my pace is 7:30 (what ever that means) when I expected it to tell me my pace was 8 mph.
